Really appreciate the excellent level of customer service you provide - every staff member we spoke to was professional, well informed and lovely. Have never felt so well treated when buying a car before in all my years of driving. And the bottle of fizz took it the extra mile :)

I needed a car for my daughter and having previously purchased a Fiat 500 from Bunny Motors I went straight to their website to source a suitable vehicle. I found exactly what I was looking for and sent a message to request a viewing. I arrived to meet Pete who had the car ready for inspection. He handed me the keys and left me to take as much time as I wanted to check the car over. I was able to take the vehicle for a test drive on my own. There was no pressure selling whatsoever but Pete was available to answer any questions I had. I decided to buy the car and it was ready to collect the next morning. Fantastic service again from Bunny Motors. Thanks Pete and all the team. My daughter is delighted with her new car.

Although I live some distance away I found this car dealer online who were selling a make/model that I had been looking for.

On arrival to view the car Pete was extremely helpful and allowed me to spend as much time as I liked looking over the vehicle inside and out and then invited me to take an unaccompanied test drive. There was no pressure sales involved and in expressing my wish to purchase the car he readily agreed to deal with one or two issues which I had pointed out including some scratches to the roof.

I collected the car a week later. Everything had been done as agreed and I was delighted to take possession.Pete also handed over a bottle of Prosecco as a thank you for my custom which was a nice touch. I would not hesitate to recommend or to use this company again. The staff were all friendly, knowledgeable and overall I found the whole process a delightful experience.
