Had a great experience of buying my first car at Lyons Farm Cars. Enquired via their website one evening and got a call back first thing the next day to arrange a test drive of the car. Nigel was really nice, let us have a good nosey round the car before taking it on a test drive. No pressure put on us to make a purchase there and then either.

Once we called back to purchase the car, the process was super smooth. My husband picked up the car a few days later, which was beautifully detailed, and Lyons Farm Cars did a full MOT prior to us picking it up to ensure it passed with no advisories. They also included some lovely freebies - a couple super cute keyrings and a bottle of prosecco. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will definitely come back for any future purchases. I can highly recommend Lyons Farm Car Sales to anyone looking for their next vehicle. The team are very knowledgeable about all the cars on their forecourt and the best part is that they do not put any pressure on you to make a purchase. They give you all the information you need, answer all your questions and leave it up to you to decide. If you decide that you want a particular car then they will go out of their way to make sure you're happy. If not, they will simply point you to something else.

I'd seen on their website, i was welcomed and did a test drive and given plenty of time to look over the car. No high pressure selling. I put a deposit down and when I collected the car I was reassured that I could contact them with any questions I might have in the future. I was searching for a specific SUV and found a garage locally that offered, after discussion, an agreeable PX on my current vehicle. That garage was Lyons Farm, Slinfold. Paul and Pete were extremely friendly, thorough and accommodating when it came to all aspects and sorting out the necessary paperwork including answering promptly questions i had and arranging a specialist warranty for the new car. The car was immaculately presented when it came to me picking up the vehicle and it came with two original keys, a full main dealer service history and an additional service with repairs. It also came with £7K in factory options. I am entirely happy with my new purchase it's a wonderful luxurious vehicle thats extremely comfortable and smooth to drive given its air suspension. I'd like to offer a big thank you to Paul, Pete and their other work colleagues; we even received a bottle of champagne at handover which was a nice gesture.

Probably the best place we have ever bought a car from! Came across them by chance whilst looking for a particular car and the rest is history. We travelled just over an hour to get here and were warmly received. On arrival we were promptly shown the vehicle that had been meticulously prepared and set up for a test drive within 10minutes. A hot beverage was offered whilst we chatted and put the world to rights, it was as if we'd known them for ever, no pressure, no quibbling, just genuine customer care. On collection day we received a brand new charger for our 500e and were able to choose a nice keyring accessory which was an unexpected but thoughtful touch.
