Can't rate Lyons Farm highly enough. No questions was too annoying and they were everything you hope for when buying a car. Kind, super funny, really welcoming and not pushy at all. Fantastic experience, would highly recommend! From the get-go the entire Lyons team were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We were specifically interested in a Fiat 500 but weren't sure which engine/model we wanted to go for. We pretty much test drove every type of 500 there is - they specialise in them so this is the place to go! - and were never left feeling that we were too much bother. In fact they encouraged us to make sure that we tried and tested as many as possible so that if and when we decided on one it would be the right one. Never at any point did we feel pressurised and pretty early on we knew we'd rather wait for the right car from them than buy elsewhere. Which is exactly what we did and we're thrilled with our new little 500 pocket rocket! The entire process was a delight and we'd highly recommend them, especially if you're after a Fiat but they stock other makes and models of cars, so head there first anyway!
My husband (a car fanatic!) has bought many cars in the past, the majority from main dealers and was completely blown away by the service we received from Lyons. Hands down they're the best. Thanks Joel and all of the fab team, we miss you already! :)
