I turned up at around 4 o'clock on a Saturday to just enquire about part ex'ing my car and Joel and Nigel were simply excellent. I had seen a car on their website and just wanted to have a look as an example of what I might be able to afford and they were patient and helpful to the degree that I agreed to put a deposit down on the car. I wasn't necessarily in "˜buying mode' when I arrived but I fell in love with the car and they were so honest and helpful that I felt compelled to buy from them. Even if I hadn't decided on this car I would have bought from them at some point. In this age of fast talking salesmen, Joel and Nigel are refreshingly genuine. No pushy sales tactics they just want you to have the car that's right for you within a safe budget. They could see I was apprehensive about making a snap judgement so they gave me the ability to walk away and think it over. Needless to say i would recommend them in a heartbeat. They even gave me a box of chocolates when I went to collect the car!

Love the team at Lyons, especially Nigel! Bought a second hand 500C with super low mileage for a great price, they let us do an unaccompanied test drive, so we could really see what the car was like, and when there was some damage to the seats they replaced the entire seats for no extra before I bought.
All the staff were super friendly and as a woman you sometimes worry car dealerships will scam you but at Lyons farm you feel well taken care of and not taken advantage of. I'd recommend to anyone!
