I purchased a car from Lyons Farm several weeks ago and have been very pleased with my purchase ever since. The experience was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. My first contact was with Nigel who showed us the car and advised on it, but also gave us plenty of space to check out the car and have a think on it for ourselves. I came to pick the car up a week later, which was clean and ready to go. The little extra touches by the team really contribute to making buying a new car an enjoyable experience - which it should be! I didn't feel rushed or pressured at any point. Nigel, Paul and Joel were all professional and helpful. Nigel was especially lovely and continued to check in with us throughout the process. I'm very happy with the car and I have confidence if I were to experience any troubles with it I could contact them and they would be willing to help if possible.

This is the 3rd vehicle we have brought from the team at Lyon's farm. Fiesta, focus & now and Audi. Their customer service is spectacular, never feel forced or pressured into anything, there is always someone there to help answer any questions. Can't fault them, I am sure we will be back in the future for the next car.

Just bought my second car from Lyons farm cars I bought a Maserati Levente about two years ago from them and the car had been absolutely amazing decided to drastically downsize and have just bought a Fiat 500 from them. I trust them completely they always make me feel really comfortable and we always have a laugh too. They never try to hard sell and it all just feels relaxed and they genuinely love what they're doing.

Found a lovely second hand car, took it on a test drive and a tree came down inches from us. Landed in a ditch thanks to my son's instant reaction. No one hurt but I was heartbroken about my lovely little car. The staff at Lyons were on the scene in minutes and from that time on have been fantastic. I still wanted the car and they have gone above and beyond putting it back into pristine order. Their concern, care, kindness and most of all their professionalism throughout has been outstanding.
