Joel and Nicky went above and beyond with their customer service. No pressure, just calm and efficient information to help me with my choice. I had been looking for a mini countryman for a couple of months and was getting extremely exasperated with other car sales companies. It was a little more than I was planning to spend but it is such an amazing example I had to have it! Thank you so much.
