I cannot express how Joel and his team went above and beyond for me and my partner. We have just purchased a jeep compass from lyons farm cars and after been screwed over from another dealership, I was put at ease as soon as the conversation started! On arrival they were very polite and friendly! The best part being they were not pushy! They left us alone to look at the car instead of having eagle eyes on us.

After putting a deposit down the external finance company had been extremely inconvenient for a couple of days however, Joel personally contacted them multiple times a day as well as keeping me updated. Due to the finance company messing me around he offered me a courtesy car until they paid out and I was very grateful for that offer. Today I was greeted with a drink and a Easter egg (thank you again)

Myself, Joel and his colleague stayed 40 minutes late just to wait for an email and thankfully it came through! Allowing me to take home my new car!
Thank you for not giving up! I'm very grateful for your time!

I will definitely be recommending this company in the future!

We went to purchase a car from Lyons Farm cars for my 21 year old son. We found all the staff there extremely friendly, honest and not pushy whatsoever. No hard sell and they clearly wanted us to buy the right car for my son. Pete was really helpful. We found a car that we really liked but the alloys and wing mirrors were white. Pete reassured us that they could be changed back to black at no additional cost to us. Really pleased with the outstanding service and professionalism of Pete and his colleagues. My son loves his new car, thank you.
