We now have a full time mechanic sharing our premises. Marc Smith is working alongside us and is able to offer fixed price basic servicing as well as MOT repairs, clutches, cam belts, head gasket replacements, diagnostics etc. He even offers valeting. Marc is polite, friendly and reliable and is offering excellent value for money to try to establish a customer base in his new venture. He started his apprenticeship as a mechanic in 1987 at a Peugeot/Talbot/Fiat dealership and worked there for four years. He then moved on to become a service technician and MOT tester for Halfords. While there he worked on all makes and models, including the Daewoo range. He later moved on to a similar role working for Lex Autocentres before progressing to a service advisor at a BMW dealership. He has now decided to go back to his roots and do what he enjoys best, mending and servicing cutstomers cars. He takes pride in his work and his rates are very competitive.
